  5. The CCS General Ledger Program is designed to handle an unlimited number of
  6. user-definable accounts. Allows for personalized set up of the Balance Sheet
  7. and Income Statements. The program will allow you to setup budget totals for
  8. the current year and print out statement comparing the actual to budgeted
  9. totals on a month-to-month basis. The Check Reconciliation program is
  10. integrated into the Ledger system. This will allow you to setup to ten
  11. different cash accounts to reconcile. It also lets you transfer funds from one
  12. account to another. The Check Reconciliation program will also allow for
  13. miscellaneous check printing to be distributed to the General Ledger. The
  14. Ledger program holds totals for three years and prints statements comparing the
  15. years. A detail transaction report can be printed by account by date range to
  16. show all activity for the year against an account.
